Personal Injury Attorneys: Rizio Law FirmSuffering an injury as the result of another’s negligence all too often wreaks havoc on the lives of the victims and their families. From a slip and fall resulting in a spinal cord injury, to a catastrophic auto or motorcycle accident resulting in traumatic brain injury, or wrongful death, at Rizio Lipinsky we are here to help victims begin the process of rebuilding their lives after a personal injury.

But in the face of a tragic accident or injury, we are driven to help in the way we can; which is by standing up for the rights of plaintiffs who are being bullied, ignored, or denied rightful medical treatment and compensation by insurance companies, corporations and even municipalities who don’t want to pay for their negligence.

We fight for victims injured by defective products, for the families who have suffered an invaluable loss in a wrongful death claim, and for those who have been injured in accidents of all kinds through no fault of their own. At Rizio Lipinsky each and every client’s case is pursued with the same vigor and dedication we would use to fight for our own family members.
